Guests are responsible for their own room, tax and incidentals. A credit card is required at the time that reservations are made. Reservations should be made no later than 1 APR 2008 if possible. Normally, 5 May would suffice. However, I need the extra time to calculate the registration for the reunion. I will need to provide The Sheraton 50% of the food price services by 5 MAY 08, and the remainder 1 week prior to the reunion. The registration fee will include the food for the Meet and Greet on 5 JUN 08, (Pay as you go Bar will be available for the Meet and Greet and the Banquet and Dance), the Breakfast on 6/7 Jun, and the Banquet on the evening of 7 JUN 2008. The registration fee will include tax and service charge. We are working on the menus for all events. We will have 2 choices for the Banquet. If you have a special diet which you need, please let me know so that we accommodate you. As soon the menus have been selected, I will post them on the web site.
