Registration Fees and Explaination
After negotiating with hotel, we have been given a price of $150.00 per person for the reunion. This
price includes the Meet and Greet menus items, the 2 Breakfast menus, and the Banquet menu. This price also includes
all taxes and service charge. In addition, this includes the rental of the ballroom. This will aford a place where
members can get togeather and talk the entire duration of the reunion. We have been given access to a hospitality room.
In this room, we can purchase and have available softdrinks, and any other alcoholic beverages. If we used any other
part of the hotel, we would have to purchase the items from the hotel. Sofdrinks are $3.00 per can, and the alcoholic
beverages are $4.50 and up.
We have tried to keep the prices down to a minimum, and some hearty negotoations were evedient.
I wil be making available registration forms in the near future.
